Window directly into a graphic image with
one keystroke from the Paperless file. The scanning
interface requires ImageMaster software. Scan all
incoming mail, invoices, debtor checks, documents, etc.
using a high speed scanner.
The user only needs to enter
the claim number and a short description of the
document being scanned. Collection-Master automatically
updates the scanning software database with debtor and
creditor information, and Collection-Master updates the
Paperless File with a record of the image.

From the Collection-Master claim, press any
key on the keyboard to instantly review the image. An additional
advantage of this scanning interface is the ability to
automatically scan documents that are merged and printed!
