Integrated predictive
dialers are
used by collection agencies and law firms to contact debtors in
the collection process.
The
predictive dialer software automatically dials the
debtors' phone number and, when a call is successful,
pulls up that debtor file for viewing.
Collection-Master interfaces
with predictive dialers through the ability of the predictive
dialer software to import the file that Collection-Master
generates. |
In turn, the predictive dialer
software exports the status of the calls that were made back
into Collection-Master.
User-defined status information may
include items such as WRONG NUMBER, PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT, HANG
UP, DISPUTE, DISCONNECT, PAYMENT IN FULL, etc.
Currently,
Collection-Master can interface with IAT CT Center, Touchstar,
SoundBite, Stratasoft, and Global Connect. |
